While studying for my Master’s in Music Production at BIMM London, I had the chance to work with some incredibly gifted artists—but none quite like Andrea Kristin.
From the moment we connected, it was clear Andrea was something special. Her vision for her album Brown Kohinoor was bold, raw, and deeply meaningful. We found common ground quickly, especially around the themes and context driving her work. She brought the voice and ideas; I brought the recording, mixing, and mastering expertise to help shape that vision into something tangible.
The timeline was tight. The process? Intense. But something magical happened that summer in London. Long studio days turned into creative breakthroughs, and slowly, the album took shape.
Andrea is one of the most tenacious and inspiring artists I’ve ever worked with—equally gifted in her rapping, singing, and storytelling. Brown Kohinoor is a reflection of all of that: original, fearless, and fiercely personal.
The project’s authenticity and quality didn’t go unnoticed. In 2022, it was featured in Rolling Stone India—a moment of real recognition for a truly standout piece of work.
For me, being part of this journey was more than a credit on a project—it was a privilege.
